April 24, 2008 :: Kinky Must Have: The Spider Gag

thespidergag.jpgMake sure that slave mouth is always open and ready with the Spider Gag, an innovative new open mouth gag. The metal gag has an O shaped ring in the center, and handle shaped “spider legs” on each side of the ring. The legs operate to further restrain and make it possible to keep the ring inside the mouth. High quality black leather buckling straps keep the piece firmly in place.

The shiny metal gag is a total of 4” across and 2 ½â€ tall. The O shaped center has a diameter of 1”. The maximum circumference of the piece with the straps is 22”, and the minimum circumference is 17”. There are nine size holes between these 2 measurement points. When measuring, measure all the way around the face. The straps are 7” long, and 11 ½â€ long, making a total of 18 ½â€ of strap length. At the widest point (by the gag) the straps are 2”, and the narrow section (where they buckle) is 1”.

This is one of the most attractive restraint gags on the market, and with the shiny metal gag, buckle, and high quality black leather straps, it looks very “hard core”. This is a great piece to wear by itself or with any of your favorite fetish and bondage gear or clothing. The center O hole is probably too small for insertion in most cases, but a really good size for a tongue.

You’re kidding right? This gag is pretty infamous as being a knock off of something known as the Second Generation Ring Gag ( http://www.huse.com/scstore/p-201-4.html ). The review given here pretty much says is all. The one inch ring is too small to fit anything though. The Second Generation Ring Gag, and the similer Mini Gag doesnt have this problem as it uses interchangable rings. Its also substantially cheaper.

The review here pretty much says it all. The center ring on this gag is too small to be of much use. The Second Generation gag doesn’t have this problem as it uses interchangeable rings to fit the persons mouth. It is also substantially cheaper and actually comes with a strap. This thing is a joke, you have to provide your own rope to tie it on.
